Representative matters

  • JERA on the financing from JBIC and the commercial lenders for its acquisition of a 12.5% stake in the Barossa/Caldita gas field in Australia.
  • JBIC, NEXI and other lenders in relation to the project financing of a USD926 million loan for the development of a waste to energy facility in Warsan, Dubai.
  • Mitsubishi Materials Corporation on the financing in relation to its acquisition of a 30% stake in the Mantoverde cooper mine in Chile.
  • IFC and JICA on financing to Ienova solar power portfolio in Mexico.
  • Sumitomo Corporation, Kansai Electric Power Company and United Tractors on the Tanjung Jati B (units 5&6) project in Indonesia.
