Aleksander specialises in all aspects of global, European and national competition law and foreign investment, with a particular focus on global merger control and behavioral matters.
He regularly advises on complex domestic and international projects, and has particular experience in the oil & gas, energy, technology and retail sectors. He also has an extensive experience in building tailor-made antitrust compliance programs and conducting antitrust trainings.

  • Aramco on a number of global transactions, including on its investment in Poland’s refining, wholesale, and jet fuel marketing segments through a number of acquisitions from PKN Orlen.
  • Tesco on the sale of its business in Poland to Salling Group A/S.
  • Ørsted on a joint venture with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna for the development, construction and operation of two offshore wind projects in the Baltic Sea, with a total potential capacity of up to 2.5GW.
  • CVC Capital Partners and its portfolio company Stock Spirits Group on the acquisition of Bialy Bocian.
