She has experience in advising on acquisition/leveraged financings as well as bank-bond deals and advises financial institutions, corporates and investors.

Before joining the firm in 2016, Mrs Wiegand completed a training for specialized lawyers (Fachanwaltslehrgang) for bank and capital market law. During her traineeship she was working in a well-known German company for insolvency and restructuring law where she gained experience in various areas of insolvency proceedings.
