She assists private equity firms, institutional investors, international groups and venture capital firms on their Luxembourg corporate law and civil law matters.

She works across a range of projects including domestic and cross-border transactions. She advises clients on all ongoing matters of their investments, from structuring transactions at inception to handling their realization, up to exits. She joined A&O Shearman in November 2024, prior to which she gained 15+ years of experience working in other law firms in Luxembourg.
