  • Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company, the UAE’s state owned renewable energy business, on its purchase of a 49% stake in the Dogger Bank South East and West offshore wind farms from the RWE AG group.
  • Omnes Capital on the acquisition of Integrum Renewable Energy, a battery storage and solar PV developer.

  • Life Healthcare on the sale of Alliance Medical Group to iCON Infrastructure for an enterprise value of GBP910 million.
