With about 20 years of practice in leading and coordinating high profile patent cases Anna develops both offensive and defensive patent strategies for her clients to protect their product portfolio nationally and in an international context.

Anna’s long-standing expertise covers patent infringement and preliminary injunction proceedings as well as patent damages proceedings before the German courts. She also advises on national compulsory license cases and nullity actions as well as EPO opposition proceedings and the UPC. Anna regularly coordinates international patent disputes and advises clients in particular from the innovative pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Who’s Who Legal 2020 identified her as “Most Highly Regarded” individual for outstanding work on both contentious and non-contentious matters in the German patent space and a National Leader Germany in the field of Patents: “Anna Wolters-Höhne is a ‘highly talented patent litigator’ who works extensively with clients in the life sciences and pharma industries. She is recognized in our research as one of the most highly regarded practitioners in the field.”

Anna joined the firm at the end of 2023 and had been a partner in an international law firm for many years before.
