Anne Claire advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including on mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, joint ventures, equity capital markets related work and corporate restructurings, within a domestic and cross-border context.
Her expertise spans multiple jurisdictions. She holds a Master's degree in International Business Law from the University of Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, and has gained valuable international experience through various legal internships and positions, including roles in Paris, Luxembourg, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Anne Claire has contributed to a legal publication as author assistant in Revue pratique de droit des affaires, Legitech, and her insights have been featured in Le Monde du Droit and Legalnews, Groupe Ficade.
