He has experience advising on private fund formation as well as legal, compliance and operational matters related to the management and investment activities of private funds and their sponsors and advisers.
He assists clients with the formation, structuring and operation of US and non-US investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, credit funds and other pooled investment vehicles.
Prior to joining the firm, Avi practiced in the New York office of another international law firm.
