Bart has more than 10 years of relevant experience in helping clients with their complex and international commercial and corporate law disputes.
 
 
Besides litigating before court and arbitration panels, Bart is often involved in insolvency and restructuring matters as well as in shareholder and post M&A disputes. Bart is mentioned for several consecutive years in the Legal 500 edition as “Rising Star” in restructuring and insolvency.
 
In addition, Bart has broad experience in negotiating and drafting a wide variety of contracts in the construction sector, and frequently acts in insurance related matters.
