Becky helps clients protect and defend their intellectual property rights.

Becky is a litigator with experience managing a wide range of IP issues, including patent infringement, with a focus on Hatch-Waxman litigation; trademark infringement; and trade secret misappropriation.

From inception through appeal, Becky takes ownership of a case as a core member of the litigation team. She especially enjoys crafting persuasive arguments and has argued motions and examined witnesses at trial. Becky also conducts due diligence investigations and freedom-to-operate analyses. Throughout her career, she has represented clients from many industries, including pharmaceuticals, computer technologies, and consumer products.
