Benjamin Stievater

Ben is an associate in the Antitrust practice group, advising clients on a range of antitrust and competition issues.

His practice concentrates on antitrust clearance of mergers and acquisitions, antitrust litigation and non-merger antitrust investigations.

During law school, Ben served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Cynthia Bashant of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. He also worked as a research assistant, focusing on international constitutional law.
