Bob van Leent

Associate

Bob is an associate within the Employment & Benefits practice group in Amsterdam.

He focusses on employment law in a broad sense, including transactions, works councils, incentives within (listed) companies, reorganisations, individual and collective dismissals, transfer of undertaking and employer liability. Furthermore, Bob has 1.5 years of experience within the Corporate department, primarily focusing on M&A with a particular focus on private M&A and venture capital transactions.

Bob graduated cum laude for his LLM degree in Company Law from Erasmus University in 2020. Additionally, Bob graduated cum laude for his MSc degree in Economics and Business from Erasmus University in 2019, showing not only a clear understanding of law, but also his added value in applying law in the interests of the businesses he advises.

After his occupation as an academic lecturer in corporate / company law at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Bob joined our firm in 2021.

Preparing a case for and lecturing law students during the Amsterdam Law Firm course of the University of Amsterdam in 2024.
