Brice is a highly recognised expert on EU and French financial services laws advising on banking and investment services regulatory matters (including on regulatory capital), insurance regulations and e-money and payment services.

He is also an unrivalled practitioner for on all asset and fund management regulation, including the structuring of regulatory driven funds such as loan/debt funds.

He usually provides strategic advisory services to French and international financial institutions for any M&A, reorganisation, restructuring and resolution.

He is also pairing with our litigation team in case disciplinary and legal proceedings against financial institutions.

His experience includes advising financial institutions on the development of new regulated activities or products. Brice deals with any regulatory issues raised by the setting-up, structuring and marketing of financial products as well as their information and contractual documentation.

Brice is the member of the AMF board on asset management regulation as well as an expert member of the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris.
