Carolyn is the Chief Executive Officer of Peerpoint, A&O Shearman's legal resourcing business. Carolyn is passionate about helping clients access the skills and expertise of talented lawyers to meet their short-term resourcing needs, but in equal measure, helping lawyers take control of their careers.

Carolyn has more than 20 years of legal industry experience, spanning leadership, business growth and management and client account management in the United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Middle East. Carolyn has been a member of the Peerpoint leadership team since 2014 and has established Peerpoint as a trusted advisor in assisting corporates and financial institutions to meet their legal resourcing needs in a thoughtful manner.

Her dedication to promoting sustainable career paths for lawyers has reshaped the industry's approach to talent management and positioned her as a thought leader and role model for legal professionals.
