She is a member of the firm's Growth Capital committee, which advises both high growth companies and investors on the full life cycle of investment activity. She began her practice in the Silicon Valley and consequently she has extensive experience acting for corporates on private financings and U.S. registered securities offerings, in particular on IPOs for technology and life science companies.
Carolyn graduated from Stanford Law School where she served as a graduate student representative on the Advisory Panel on Investment Responsibility and Licensing, which advised the Board of Trustees on ESG, human rights and other corporate social responsibility considerations relating to its investment portfolio for the university’s endowment. Prior to law school Carolyn obtained an MSc from the University of Oxford.
