Her experience includes share and asset deals as well as complex joint venture structures and reorganisations.

Christin also gained experience in renewable energy transactions, including the negotiation of commercial project agreements.

  • Patrizia Infrastructure regarding its joint project development with Numbat for installing EV charging stations across tegut supermarkets in Germany.
  • Iberdrola SA on the sale of 49% in the 476MW offshore wind farm “Baltic Eagle” to Masdar.
  • Converge Technology Solutions Corp. on all legal aspects in relation to the acquisition of three organizations from the German digital and IT space: GfdB, IfmB and Deqster, full service IT suppliers for the educational sector in Germany.
  • Converge Technology Solutions Corp., the Toronto Stock Exchange listed software-enabled IT & Cloud Solutions provider with headquarters in Toronto and Gatineau, Canada, on all legal aspects in relation to the completed acquisition of a majority interest in REDNET AG, an IT services provider headquartered in Mainz, Germany.
  • An insurance brokerage in connection with the acquisition of Köberich Financial Lines GmbH & Co. KG.
  • A global healthcare company on the EUR 150m investment into, and strategic collaboration with German biotech company CureVac.
  • A multinational financial institution on the acquisition of highly specialized technological assets of the European merchant payment.
  • Quintet Private Bank, a Luxembourg-based private bank, on the creation of a single business unit, known as Quintet Europe, by way of cross-border merger.
