Chris has extensive experience advising underwriters, issuers, fund managers and investors in collateralized loan obligation transactions, debt fund financing facilities, and bespoke debt investment products. 

He advises clients on a range of transactions throughout the capital raising life cycle, including rated and unrated warehouses, new issue public and private market transactions, risk retention financing solutions, and various types of refinancing, reset and other restructuring transactions for debt investment funds.
 
Chris is widely recognized as a leading securitization lawyer, having been recognized in Chambers USA.
