Christopher is an intellectual property litigator specialising in patent litigation.

He has experience advising a wide range of international clients predominantly in the life sciences and healthcare sector. Christopher has worked on matters before the High Court of Justice and Court of Appeal in the United Kingdom relating to small molecule drugs, monoclonal antibody drugs, pharmaceutical formulation and immunoassays. He has also assisted with the coordination of multi-jurisdictional patent litigation projects.

Christopher is well-placed to advise on the technical aspects of matters due to his research background in the pharmaceutical industry.
