Clémence advises clients on various aspects of French and European intellectual property law. 

She has a particular interest and experience in pre-litigation and litigation matters, where she assists clients from the pharmaceutical and technology sectors in defending and enforcing their intellectual property rights before French courts.

Prior to joining the Paris office, Clémence gained experience in intellectual property litigation through several internships at international law firms and at the Paris First Instance Court's intellectual property Chamber.
