Damien advises on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, within a domestic and cross border context. He holds a Master II in Business Law from the University of Strasbourg as well as a DJCE – Diplôme Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise from the same university. He joined Allen & Overy in 2022.
