Danae specialises in environmental, sustainability and regulatory law with a particular focus on advisory matters related to climate change, sustainability and supply chains.

Danae’s experience includes advising clients on sustainability reporting and disclosure, including pursuant to the TCFD, the NFSI, the EU’s Sustainable Disclosure Finance Regulation and Taxonomy Regulation, the CSRD, and international initiatives such as the ISSB; mitigating greenwashing risks in regard to corporate reporting and disclosure, and associated governance risks; responding to shareholder proposals in regard to sustainability disclosure, including proposals concerning the disclosure of transition plans; and managing human rights risks and providing broader sustainability due diligence in value chains.
