  • Digital Infrastructure Assets LLP on matters relating to the formation of a joint venture between Ooredoo Group, Zain Group and TASC Towers Holding.
  • Vice Media Group in its sale to Fortress Investment Group LLC, Soros Fund Management, and Monroe Capital.
  • Fenway Sports Group on its sale of a minority interest in Liverpool FC to Dynasty Equity.
  • Ardagh Group S.A. on the combination of its Metal Packaging Business with Gores Holdings V.
  • Anglo American on the sale of its 33.3% shareholding in the Cerrejón joint venture to Glencore PLC for approximately US$294 million, demonstrating its commitment to achieving carbon neutrality by 2040.
  • Marubeni Corporation, INCJ Ltd, and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines on their disposal of Atlantis Investorco Limited, the parent company of the shipping vessels group, Seajacks.
  • Elemental Holding S.A., the global urban mining and recycling company originating from Poland, on a subscription agreement for a $290 million equity private placement and investment from the International Finance Corporation, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Polish Development Fund S.A.
  • Société Générale on its agreement with AllianceBernstein to combine their research and securities brokerage businesses in a new joint venture. 

Pro bono

  • Advising 30 Birds Foundation on the registration of 30 Birds Foundation UK as a charitable incorporated organization in England and Wales.
  • Advising Shabaka Social Enterprise, C.I.C. on corporate governance matters and amendments to its constitutional documents.
