Déborah specialises in securities law and capital markets regulation.

She advises banks, multinationals, private capital players and other corporate entities on the full range of capital markets transactions, including debt issuances by way of public or private placements, securitization, high-yield bonds, covered bonds, liability management, noteholders consent solicitation, listing applications and ongoing obligations deriving from such listings.

Déborah is a member of the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA) and the Ladies in Law Luxembourg Association (LiLLA). She is also a member of the ABBL working group on Covered Bonds.

Déborah joined the firm in Luxembourg in 2017.
