Dimas advises on all aspects of corporate law, with a specific focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions (both for private equity houses and for corporate clients).

He also has relevant experience advising on joint ventures in various industries.

He works with major international clients across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors including (renewable) energy, industrials, technology and many more.

In 2023 he completed an in-house secondment at Gimv.

Representative matters

  • The family shareholders of the TVH Group, the Thermote and Vanhalst families, on the internal restructuring and carve-out of the various business units of the TVH Group (a global group headquartered in Belgium, specialized in the distribution of spare parts for industrial equipment on the one hand, and the lease of forklifts and industrial and agricultural vehicles on the other hand) and the subsequent auction sale of a 40% stake in TVH Parts to D’Ieteren Group.
  • Rivean Capital on the acquisition of the Trustteam group, a Belgian based IT-service provider, from Ardian.
  • IK Partners on the acquisition of Plastiflex, the market-leading global supplier of high-end customized tube system solutions for the healthcare, industrial and appliances markets.
  • TV Group, the global market leader for mobility and logistics software, and its shareholders Bridgepoint and Porsche SE, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Conundra B.V., a Belgian route planning software provider.
  • Proman on the acquisition of a majority stake in Timing, a major staffing firm in the Netherlands, from Dutch facility services provider ADG Dienstengroep.
