She represents a diverse range of international companies, banks and financial intermediaries in court and out-of-court proceedings/matters, working closely with clients business and legal teams, criminal counsel and technical experts.
Elena has a strong grasp of international private law, especially the post-Brexit legislation, on which she constantly advises clients and transactional teams in drafting legal opinions and relevant documentation. She has a sound knowledge of Italian and European legislation on electronic signature. She regularly provides legal advice on such legislation and on the online onboarding process for financial services.
She is currently on secondment in the L&I department of our London office where she works with our English team on complex litigation and investigations matters.
