  • Kingfisher plc on the acquisition through its subsidiary Screwfix Spares Limited of the business and assets of CDSL Group Limited and three of its subsidiaries.
  • Crossroads Real Estate Fund on its partial exit from its EHPC joint venture with SMB.
  • Wittington Investments Limited on the sale (by way of auction) of Selfridges Group to Central Group and Signa for GBP4 billion.
  • A multinational telecommunications company on the GBP31bn merger of Virgin Media and O2.
  • Impellam Group plc on its GBP438m takeover by Heather Global PLC.
  • DWS on its acquisition of a minority stake in Smart Pension Limited and subsequent share subscriptions.

Pro bono

  • Advising Right to Succeed on its funding arrangements with Youth Futures Foundation and project partners to help develop and deliver solutions to support young people into employment over the next three years.
  • Advising Just for Kids Law on a sale of part of its business to Thomas Coram Foundation for Children and YJLC
  • Working with UNHCR on a comparative legal analysis on domestic and international laws relating to refugee, asylum seeking and stateless children’s rights under the laws of Pakistan.
