Enda Jordan

Enda is qualified in English and Irish law and advises borrowers and lenders across a number of sectors, including real estate finance, structured finance, general corporate lending and restructuring.

He has extensive experience advising on the financing, construction and acquisition of UK and European real estate developments and infrastructure projects.

Prior to joining A&O Shearman, Enda advised on the development, acquisition and financing of several large-scale energy and PPP projects, real estate investments and data centre developments.

Enda is committed to understanding the needs and challenges of his clients and providing them with practical and innovative solutions that add value to their businesses and transactions.

Representative matters

An international credit fund on its financing of Henderson Park’s EUR1.34bn take-private acquisition of Green REIT, Ireland’s first real estate investment trust and the then largest ever transaction in the Irish real estate market. 

A global arranger and lender on the financing of PATRIZIA's acquisition of the Project Mercury portfolio of logistics assets in France, Spain, the Netherlands and Italy.

A multinational financial institution on a £525m loan facility to support the development of a logistics portfolio owned by St Modwen.
