Felise advises U.S. and multinational clients on environmental issues in business transactions and counsels on best practice and compliance requirements, including compliance with global substance disclosure, control and product take-back requirements.

Felise is ranked Band 3 in Chambers USA 2023 for Environmental: Mainly Transactional. Felise has been ranked by Chambers USA for 10 years.

She is also named a “Next Generation Partner” for Environmental Law by Legal 500 U.S. in their 2023 edition. Felise co-leads the firm’s global Producer Responsibility and Product Compliance team, which comprises attorneys across fifteen international offices.

Felise assists business enterprises, investors and sponsors in assessing ESG risks and opportunities in their strategic projects and supply chains, including regarding international, national and local legal frameworks, voluntary standards and certifications, investing and reporting ratings and indices, and emerging challenges and trends. Felise has extensive experience advising on environmental risk in transactions, managing due diligence and coordinating work by technical consultants. Felise also routinely advises leading manufacturers on requirements for placing products on the market, negotiating with customers, distributors and suppliers, mitigating compliance risks, and interacting with government authorities around the world. Felise also regularly writes and speaks on ESG as well as producer compliance and product stewardship issues.
