Frank represents creditors in the syndicated loans and private credit loans space in connection with leveraged acquisitions, restructurings and asset-based finance across a broad range of industries and sectors.
He has extensive experience representing financial institutions and direct lenders in the structuring and execution of acquisition financings, leveraged lending transactions and numerous complicated financing structures. Frank has also worked extensively in the restructuring of existing indebtedness in special situations, both in court and out of court.

  • Bank of Montreal, as Administrative Agent, in connection with a USD1.346bn first lien secured term loan facility, USD300m second lien secured term loan facility, USD225m revolving credit facility and a USD150m asset-based facility for the acquisition of Bayer Environmental Science by Cinven.
