  • International investors in over 10 separate ICSID arbitration proceedings under the Energy Charter Treaty brought against the Kingdom of Spain.
  • The Kingdom of Morocco in two ICSID claims brought by a Spanish and French investor, involving claims in excess of EUR 400 million.
