Guillaume advises clients in a wide range of civil and commercial matters before the French Courts, including corporate, commercial, consumers and banking law disputes, from the pre-litigation stage to the trial before the Court, including summary proceedings and proceedings on the merits.

 He also advises clients on asset tracing matters as well as enforcement of arbitral awards and judgments on assets located in France.

  • An arbitral institution in damages proceedings initiated by a former party to an arbitral proceedings organized by the arbitral institution.
  • A bank in the strategy of recognition and enforcement of a foreign judgment and enforcement measures in multiple jurisdictions.
  • A telecommunication foreign company in a proceedings initiated to obtain the payment of a guarantee granted by the chairman of a group of companies with which our client had commercial relationship.
  • A company marketing software for pharmaceutical laboratories in a follow-on action brought by the victim of an abuse of a dominant position. 
  • Foreign companies in several damages proceedings initiated by their French counterparty for the abrupt termination of their commercial relationship.
  • A foreign company in a damages proceedings initiated by the heirs of the victims of an airplane crash. 
  • The chairman of a group of companies in a dispute initiated by the shareholders to remove him from his mandate and exclude him from the companies.
  • A bank in several proceedings initiated by consumers to obtain the reopening of their payment accounts.
