Hannah Coleman

International Associate

Hannah specialises in intellectual property law and commercial law.

She has experience with a variety of clients, predominantly technology, consumer, private capital and pharmaceutical clients. This experience includes negotiating and drafting complex intellectual property licenses, collaboration, sponsorship, services, supply, manufacturing and distribution agreements.

Hannah is also experienced in advising on the intellectual property, separation and technology aspects of strategic mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity transactions. She is experienced in leading the intellectual property and technology due diligence process and for the acquisition and sale of technology, consumer and services businesses. Her experience includes both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as complex multi-jurisdictional carve-outs.

  • As part of the Healthcare Transactions Team, Japan-based global specialty pharmaceutical company Kyowa Kirin International (KKI) on its joint venture collaboration with global science-based, privately owned pharmaceutical company Grünenthal for KKI’s established medicines portfolio.
  • Bridgepoint on its acquisition of a majority stake in Inspired Thinking Group from previous shareholder Equistone Partners Europe. Inspired Thinking Group is a technology-led, multichannel marketing activation business.
  • WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: WSC), a Phoenix-based leader in innovative temporary space solutions, on its definitive agreement to acquire McGrath RentCorp. (Nasdaq: MGRC), a leading business-to-business rental company based in Livermore, California, valued at $3.8 billion.
  • Moonpig Group, the leading online greeting card and gifting platform in the UK and the Netherlands, has announced the proposed acquisition of Buyagift, the UK's leading gift experiences platform, for a cash consideration of GBP124 million.
