Hippolyte focuses primarily on complex white collar crimes issues. 

He regularly assists his clients, legal persons or managers, at all stages of the criminal procedure (enquête préliminaire, instruction, judicial phase), for interviews, hearings or negotiations with all criminal authorities, the labor inspection or the French competition authority (DGCCRF). He also supports his clients in the implementation of their compliance programs (anti-corruption, fight against money laundering and terrorist financing) in the conduct of internal investigations, or within the framework of procedures introduced by regulators. Hippolyte also has significant experience in duty of vigilance, as well as in the processing of reports made by whistleblowers. Hippolyte holds an L.L.M in Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Law, Media Law and Cultural Property from King’s College London.
