Jamie has experience advising clients negotiating commercial agreements relating to software, IT infrastructure and outsourcing services. In particular, Jamie has advised UAE governmental entities across various sectors together with a large multinational corporates in the consumer goods sector.

Additionally, Jamie has experience conducting due diligence of commercial and IT agreements in support of public and private M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations. While based in London, Jamie also gained experience advising private equity clients in private M&A transactions.
