  • Palisade on the acquisition of Snowtown II Windfarm from Tilt for in excess of AUD1bn and the acquisition of the remaining 50% of Port of Portland from UTA.
  • EQUINIX on the acquisition of Metronode for AUD1.35 billion.
  • EG on the acquisition of the Woolworths Petrol Business for AUD1.8 billion.
  • China Resources on the acquisition of a majority stake in GenesisCare and subsequent sell down to KKR.
