Jason specialises in litigation, in particular all aspects of pensions disputes including, advising clients in relation to internal disputes and disputes before the Pensions Ombudsman, Financial Ombudsman Service, the Pensions Regulator, PPF Ombudsman, County Court, and High Court.

Jason also advises in relation to applications to court for directions, seeking orders for rectification, and on other contentious pensions issues such as Financial Support Directions, sex discrimination, recovery of overpaid pensions, construction of scheme documentation, participation in class actions and professional negligence actions.

Jason sits on the Pensions Litigation Committee of the Association of Pensions Lawyers and also served on the committee of the Society of Pension Consultants. He regularly speaks at industry conferences and training events.

Jason is regularly ranked as a Star Associate in Chambers & Partners in the field of Pensions Litigation.
