Jeff is a senior counsel in the global Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure practice (ENRI)

Jeff handles matters across the country and in key renewable energy markets around the world.

Jeff represents project developers, sponsors, lenders and investors in negotiations and transactions relating to utility-scale wind and solar, distributed solar, geothermal, fuel cell, and biomass projects. He also has extensive experience representing electric utilities, both in the United States and abroad. Earlier in his career, Jeff spent four years as a litigation consultant. The experience of being deeply involved in high-value contract disputes provided him with a valuable understanding of how litigation can arise, and how it can be avoided.
