Jessica Boileau

Senior Legal Project Manager

Jessica is a highly experienced member of the legal project management team. The team comprises dedicated legal project managers handling our largest and most complex matters.

Jessica takes care of the day-to-day non-legal aspects of the projects on which she works. Her responsibilities include co-ordinating teams, workstreams and information flows. In addition, she ensures regular communication between the A&O Shearman team, the client, and any additional advisors. She also manages the financial aspects of the matter including budgeting, monitoring and providing regular fee updates to the client and the A&O Shearman leads.

Jessica’s previous career as a practicing lawyer equips her with a depth of knowledge on litigation and investigations matters, including in relation to insurance, banking, fraud and commercial disputes.

Jessica also has an excellent understanding of clients, having worked as a lawyer within the Commercial Banking Litigation team at Lloyds Banking Group (first as a secondee and then as an employee) for a period of three years. Jessica’s time at Lloyds Banking Group enabled her to gain a clear understanding of the everyday issues faced by in-house lawyers and how project management services can significantly transform the way legal services are delivered.
