Jill has a particular focus on Employment Tribunal litigation and has extensive experience in defending claims involving allegations of discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing detriment and breach of contract.
Jill also advises on employment aspects of corporate transactional work includes specialist support in due diligence exercises and contract reviews. She provides day-to-day advisory advice to financial services clients in relation to various employment matters including senior employee exits and multi-jurisdictional employment advisory projects.
