  • Deutsche Bank in a complex commercial fraud case in California state court.
  • Nomura in numerous mortgage-backed securities cases in New York state court.
  • Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and dozens of other financial institutions as underwriters in various securities class actions on behalf of investors in companies such as Silicon Valley Bank, ARCP, Overseas Shipholding Group, Missfresh, and others.
  • Mizuho in a class action asserting violations of the antitrust laws, RICO, and the Commodity Exchange Act related to various financial benchmarks.
  • Barclays as lender in connection with adversary proceedings related to the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation.
