Kayleigh has significant experience advising private equity funds and other financial sponsors on M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors.

Kayleigh regularly represents a large number of private equity investors such as 3i, Advent, Bridgepoint, Carlyle, Equistone, Exponent, IK and Providence (and a number of their respective portfolio companies, including Action and Caldic). In 2022, she worked in the private equity team in the London office.
 
Kayleigh is recognised by Legal 500 for Private Equity in the Netherlands.

  • Advent on its acquisition of Caldic and on the subsequent merger between Caldic and Connell.
  • Equistone, Mountainview Capital and management on the sale of Andra Tech Group to Castik Capital.
  • Apax on its acquisition of Alcumus Group, a market-leading risk management and compliance solutions business, from Inflexion Partners.
  • 3i on the acquisition of Dutch Bakery from Egeria and on subsequent acquisitions creating 3i-backed European Bakery Group, a leading bakery group specialising in bake-off bread and snack products.
  • Summa Equity and other shareholders on the sale of Logex, a Netherlands-based healthcare focused data analytics company, to Thoma Bravo.
  • Egeria on the sale of their portfolio company, GoodLife Foods, one of Europe's largest suppliers of both branded and private label frozen food products, to IK Partners.
  • Fremman Capital on its acquisition of VPS, a testing, inspection and certification (TIC) services provider in the marine, power and renewables sector, from IK Investment Partners.
