He has a particular specialty in construction contracts (both bespoke and based on international standard forms) and O&M contracts, and his expertise extends to advising developers and contractors on project and construction disputes. His track record spans across sectors such as LNG, thermal and renewable power, oil & gas, refineries and infrastructure.

Khue is well versed with Vietnam's legal and business environment, having worked more than six year at top international law firms in Vietnam before joining our firm.
