Kieran has worked in project management for over 10 years, and has a background in management consulting, having worked at Deloitte and Accenture.

He has worked on several high-profile and complex projects in areas such as regulatory restructuring and remediation. The clients Kieran has worked with include HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group and the FCA. Prior to joining the firm, Kieran was a Project Manager at Clifford Chance working on multi-jurisdictional and cross-practice matters in litigation, arbitration and regulatory conduct.

Kieran is experienced in operating on large-scale, multi-faceted matters and co-ordinating teams and workstreams. With a consulting background, he has consistently been client-facing throughout his career and is comfortable managing relationships with senior stakeholders.

Kieran joined the firm in August 2021.

  • The Project Management team comprises dedicated legal project managers handling our most complex matters.
  • At A&O Shearman, Kieran is the Project Management lead on one of A&O Shearman’s largest matters for a multinational bank, a key client of ours. The matter spans several geographies and practice areas. Into its third year, hundreds of fee earners have worked on the matter, as well as Peerpoint and other AD&S teams. As the central point of contact on the matter, Kieran works closely with the lead partners in both London and New York to co-ordinate teams, workstreams and information flows. In addition, he acts as reporting lead to the client on the status of all work product. The matter has a complex financial arrangement that requires weekly review and monitoring.
