Kyle advises clients on the many complex issues and opportunities that arise in all aspects of bankruptcy cases.

With particularly deep experience representing debtors, Kyle counsels on refinancing transactions, cross-border restructurings, and all manner of insolvency-related corporate governance. He strives to maximize value for his clients, which have included debtors, official creditors’ committees, lender groups, DIP lenders, creditors and acquirers of assets.

  • Stoneway Capital Ltd. and its debtor affiliates in their Chapter 11 cases involving approximately $834 million of secured debt. Stoneway Capital is an Argentine holding company whose interests include building and operating power plants in Argentina.
  • Playfly Sports—a sports media, marketing and technology company—in the chapter 11 cases of Diamond Sports Group in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
  • Director and management team of Lucky Bucks—one of the largest operators of coin-operated amusement machines in the US—in the company’s chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
  • Bidder in the chapter 11 cases of Akorn Pharmaceuticals, an American generic pharmaceuticals manufacturer, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
  • Ankura Trust Company as agent on multiple finance transactions.

Pro bono

  • Kyle has advised Rebuilding Together NYC, a non-profit organization that provides support to rehabilitate the homes of low-income persons.
