Kyra advises on a range of project finance transactions across the energy, infrastructure and transport sectors.

She has experience advising both sponsors and lenders on projects spanning the renewable energy sector, including offshore and onshore wind, and new energy technologies, such as green hydrogen, green ammonia and battery manufacturing, as well as power, mining, digital infrastructure, rail and aviation.

In addition to her project finance experience, Kyra has also advised clients on leveraged finance matters, corporate lending and M&A transactions.

Experience

Representative matters

  • Northvolt on the financing of the up to 60GWh expansion of its lithium-ion gigafactory project in Sweden.
  • Carlyle Group and GIC on their investment in Eneus Energy, a developer of green ammonia and / or green hydrogen projects in the UK and US.
  • The lenders (including ECA covered lenders) funding the acquisition of a 50% interest in Hornsea Two offshore wind farm, the world’s largest wind farm.
