Senior Associate

Lara is a Senior Associate in the Global Restructuring Group based in our London office.

She has advised on a wide range of insolvency and financial restructuring matters acting for creditors, borrowers, facility & security agents and insolvency practitioners, including the drafting of opinions required by regulators concerning the potential impact of the insolvency or resolution of financial institution counterparties.

Lara has spent time on secondment in the firm's Tokyo office.

  • Pro bono legal representation to Afghan refugees, who need legal advice and support regarding immigration and family reunification issues, in collaboration with various refugee and immigration charities.
