Lauren’s practice focuses on complex litigation and internal and regulatory investigations.

She works with international clients across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors including financial services, energy, commodities, industrials, consumer products, technology, and many more.  She has represented multinational corporations in connection with complex antitrust and commercial disputes in federal and state courts. 

She has also represented individuals, corporates, and financial institutions facing investigations and enforcement actions by the CFTC, DOJ, FEC, SEC, and state attorneys general.  

In addition, Lauren advises clients on a wide range of federal and state political laws concerning campaign finance, lobbying, gifts and entertainment, pay-to-play issues, revolving door restrictions, and placement agents.
