Lily has experience advising on complex commercial disputes and internal investigations, with a particular interest in working with clients on ESG-related risks.

Her experience includes representing financial institutions, corporates and individuals in relation to a range of commercial disputes, public law claims and internal investigations.

Lily trained at the firm and gained experience in the Environment, Climate and Regulatory Law Group and the Real Estate Finance practice. She was also seconded for six months to the International Arbitration team in Singapore.

  • ESG-related litigation and enforcement risks to financial institutions.
  • Internal investigations into ESG-related practices and reporting.
  • One of Europe’s largest antitrust cases, in which a group of truck manufacturers were found by the European Commission to have engaged in information sharing over a 14 year period. 

Pro bono

  • Acting for refugee clients in an investigation into alleged financial misconduct.
  • Advising an advocacy organisation with expertise in the refugee sector on public legal interventions.
