Louisa advises corporate trustees and agents on a wide range of debt capital markets products.
These include standalone bond issuances (secured and unsecured, subordinated and investment grade), project financing (in particular aviation and shipping financing), securitisations and leveraged finance. Since returning from three years in the firm’s Singapore office, she has worked with clients on New York law high yield, convertible and investment grade debt deals. She also advises trustee and agent clients throughout the lifecycle of deals through to domestic and cross-border defaults, restructurings, amendment and consent solicitation processes, exercises of discretion.

Louisa guides clients on large-scale projects, often technology aided (including digital issuances on the D-FMI platform), related to regulatory compliance or other market events (for example LIBOR discontinuation projects for major clients both in Singapore and London).
