Louise is an M&A lawyer with a broad range of experience and skills.

She advises clients on various corporate matters, including (domestic and cross-border) mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and capital markets transactions. Louise also has a strong expertise in the structuring of alternative investment funds (including private equity funds) and the legal implementation of these structures.

Louise spent nearly 2 years (2021-2023) on secondment in our London office, where she worked on complex and high-profile private equity transactions.

  • IK Partners on the sale of Geodynamics, a Belgian location-based software company, to Blinqx.
  • D’Ieteren Group in a landmark transaction, restructuring the ownership of the group and setting the stage for its future growth.
  • Vendis Capital on its fourth fund fundraising (which surpassed EUR 500m).
  • PAI Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Infra Group, a leading European player in infrastructure services.
  • Waterland Private Equity on its investment in Moore Kingston Smith, a leading multidisciplinary professional services firm.
  • Infinigate Group on its acquisition of the Nuvias Group, a cyber security software distributor headquartered in Surrey (UK).
  • Apax Partners on the acquisition of Alcumus, a leader in technology-led risk management and compliance solutions.
  • Incofin Investment Management on the structuring and setting up of a European feeder fund for its USD 77m Indian master fund, Incofin India Progress Fund.
  • Vendis Capital on the structuring and set-up of its EUR 300m third fund, Vendis Capital III.
  • Bencis on the sale of Abriso- Jiffy to Quva, a Belgian investment fund.
  • Riverside on the sale of RE Panels S.A., the parent company of EPCO and TECSEDO, both manufacturers of garage door panels, to THI Investments.
  • Krëfel NV (and the family Poulet) in relation to the sale of Krëfel to Groupe Boulanger (a French group).
